WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY BASED OUT OF?

All of our services are based in California, more specifically... The LA, Orange County, Inland Empire and San Diego Area. If you are ever interested or think you might be to far out of our reach, contact us and we will try our best to see if we can be of service to you.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE MACHINE AND THE WORK YOU PROVIDE?

All machines that are ordered through us come with a 90 day malfunction warranty. Every machine is inspected and prepared thoroughly before delivery, but if something slips behind us, or a part just wears oddly within the first 90 days it will be covered by our warranty (This does not include, in house repairs done by workers other then JK mechanical employees. Any self repair or tampering will void the 90 warranty).

HOW LONG DO THESE MACHINES LAST FOR?

These machines are truly beautiful products, with the proper home and maintenance routine they can easily last +20 years. Depending on the work load for the machine, we typically recommend at least 1 maintenance per quarter. This entails one of our employees coming down to your facility and completely tearing down the seal head, cleaning and lubricating all moving parts, blow out any and all debris built up, and put it all back together.

WILL YOU DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR A MACHINE EVEN IF I DIDNT BUY IT FROM YOU?

Of course we will! Over the years we have built up many meaningful business relationships with customers that have bought strapping machines from other company's and people. We are always willing to help people in need, just contact us and we will see what we can do for you!

ARE YOU ABLE TO REPAIR MACHINES THAT YOU DONT OFFER TO SELL?
